I am having a major problem with this, ive tried all of that but when i go to download it, it gives me the same exact error. Also i have the numbers/letters in the brackets but they are not the same as the ones you’ve given here, are those ok to delete?
Hi, This program can cause all sorts of troubles when trying to remove. Go to your registry and make sure that the numbers are pertaining to Cyberling, and they are ok to delete. Also try using a registry cleaner like crap cleaner to remove all traces of cyberlink.
I have the same problems as you have,i cannot delete this crap, so cyberlink is on the black list from now on, the tech support dont answer me back.
Thank you so much! Completing number (4) finally allowed me to remove powerdirector from my computer. Thanks for your post(help)!
I am having issues uninstalling with Windows 7. When I click on the Microsoft Cleanup Tool, a script error appears saying permission denied. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
John
Hi John,
You probable have permissions on your folder set up wrong. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the microsoft cleanup tool.
Right-click the Microsoft Cleanup Tool and select ‘Run as Administrator’, that should enable the cleanup tool to install.
That said, I have tried all of the above and still no luck
If you have treid all that, then i would contact them to find some more options. good luck with it though, they usually come up with silly answers that don’t get you anywhere.
i am glad i was able to help
